“Hotellrommet var ikke stort. Rent og pent ,men noe slitt, spesielt badet. Lang vei å gå fra resepsjon til rommet. Rommet trenger å renoveres.”

“The first room we got in the side building or the high class hotel was very poor and noisy although we thought we had reserved a suite. After discussing with the personnel we could move to another room in the main building for the rest of our stay and it saved our holiday. The new room was very quiet and perfect for our family. The cleaning didn't work perfectly and sometimes it was even forgotten completely. But otherwise the hotel was very nice, the personnel was really listening to the customers and tried to make the customers feel like home. There aren't that many parking places in the hotel so if you arrive with your own car it may take some time to find a parking place at least if there are lots of people or some events in Visby. I'd suggest also to make sure you'll get a room you think you're booking and perhaps it's a good idea to confirm that with the hotel before arrival. It really looks like a "suite" doesn't mean a real suite in Sweden so be careful when booking the room because the information on the booking page wouldn't tell you that.”

“Då medeltidsmarknaden var inställd pga kraftig blåst och kyla kunde vi i stället njuta av fri tillgång till skön ångbastu och poolanläggning utan trängsel.”

“Skulle vara bra att ha AC på rummen som är väldigt varma. Fick dock ett rum där solen inte lyste in så det gick skapligt genom att ha fönstren öppna så mycket som det gick. ”
